Condeco Desk Screen

Condeco Desk Screens for office hoteling offer a unique opportunity to truly understand how your office space is being used.

The 4.3 inch desk screens can be placed on the desk itself or mounted close to the desk to provide an instant ‘book’ and ‘check in’ system for desk space in flexible working environments. The touch screens can be configured to require the user to check in via the touch-screen interface with a PIN or by swiping an RFID security card on arrival at their desk.

As the users reserve and check in to their desk, the digital signage screen collects valuable booking and utilization data which can be queried against a set of MIS reports. These reports are run in real time to allow the organization to make informed decisions about how best to manage the office space.

The desk screens can also be used in conjunction with Condeco’s award-winning
workspace booking software to enable users to book desk space in advance. Should a user not check in to a booked desk within a preset time the booking is cancelled and the desk is released back into the available desk pool.
