Desk and User Search
Condeco includes an in-built user search function that enables all users to easily find colleagues or project teams within the flexible office hoteling system.
This is a useful tool for those wishing to locate colleagues in certain project groups, who wish to work together or simply a system to find a colleague within the organization.
The user can also use Condeco's advanced search engine to find an available desk that meets the user's requirements. This search can span multiple days and allow the user to locate desks in any location. If there is not a single desk that meets the user's requirements for all days, the system can book multiple desks that meet the specified criteria as part of one booking.
If a desk is not available, the user can modify the search to locate an available desk in a different location or with alternative attributes. A list of available desks and locations are presented back to the user, who can then either select the floor plan view to pick the exact desk required or simply book any desk from the list.
