Condeco service offering provides a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the
implementation, installation and delivery of a project is smooth and on time.
Our experienced and PRINCE qualified Project Managers can assist with new implementations, advising and directing the customer as required and will act as the key liaison between the customer and Condeco at all times.
At the start of an
implementation, the Project Manager will attend site to advise on any technical or configuration areas and from this meeting will document a project outline with timelines and dates. As the roll out progresses the Project Manager will confirm the delivery of the key stages and ensure the product meets with the client approval before it is signed off.
Having a dedicated Project Manager throughout a project has shown to reduce the risk associated with new software solutions and increase the chance of success.
