-New digital signage products launched by RNM Systems-
Workplace management specialist RNM Systems, has today announced the launch of two new touch screen enabled digital signage products for the office environment - Condeco Desk Screen and Condeco Room Screen.
The two new products allow office workers to book and check-in to shared desks and meeting rooms at the office in real-time, providing them with improved access to office facilities and a more efficient way of working. The interactive screens can also be used in conjunction with desk and room booking software, allowing users to book desk and room space only when required.
Condeco Desk Screen enables companies to take full advantage of its space by offering an instant booking system for hot desk environments. The 4.3” screens can be placed or mounted on the desk and are ideal for a flexible working environment where desk sharing has been implemented.
Condeco Room Screen is an interactive touch-screen digital signage product that allows users to make instant bookings from directly outside the meeting room. The 10.4” screens show details of each meeting in real-time, helping to eliminate meeting conflicts whilst enhancing utilisation and reducing “no shows”.
If a user does not check-in to the booked desk or room within a preset time the booking is then cancelled, allowing others to use the facilities freely.
Both products provide senior managers with access to valuable information and reports on desk and room utilisation, enabling them to make strategic decisions based on occupancy levels.
