BARCLAYS is making the most of new technology to cut down on wasted office space.
The bank are using Condeco software, supplied by RNM Systems,t o organiseh ot-desking and manage room use to streamline its operations.
Barclays carried out research at its Churchill Place headquarters and discovered 20 per cent of office space was not being used. One third of meeting rooms were also not being used properly.
Andrew Howells of Barclays' facilities arm said:"We now have a more dynamic and flexible work environment to cater for individual staff workspace requirements at any given time.
