Condeco to deliver office space success for Hermes

Hermes, one of the U K's largest courier home delivery network, has signed an exclusive agreement with workspace management company RNM Systems to implement its Condeco Lite Room Booking software and touch screens at its new UK head office in Leeds.
Hermes will use the workplace management software solution and Condeco Room Screen digital signage products to manage its 16 meeting rooms.
Alan Nicholls, head of design and delivery at Hermes, said: "Having recently moved into new offices, our goal is to raise utilisation of our new meeting rooms and to guarantee that staff can take full advantage of these facilities without the usual problems of double bookings and 'no shows'. Condeco will not only help us to convert room booking into a self service task. but it will also allow us to factor in a variety of different resources, like audiovisual and video conferencing equipment and catering, which can also be ordered online through the system."
