Condeco to mark first appearance at ISE with launch of groundbreaking digital screen system

Condeco, the leading global provider of space booking and utilisation software has announced that it will be using its upcoming debut at ISE 2012 as the platform for the international launch of its state of the art new digital signage system, Condeco Touch. ISE 2012 is taking place from the 31 Jan to 2 Feb in Amsterdam featuring some 750 exhibitors from 100 countries making it the largest professional AV and systems integration trade show ever held in Europe.
The Condeco Touch system is part of the latest generation of Condeco products aimed at meeting the constantly evolving worldwide demand for integrated room booking and management systems. Driven by changes in working culture, the growing popularity of flexible working, an increasingly mobile workforce and the ever present need from organisations to manage costs and resources, Condeco Touch incorporates several new and enhanced features including:
- A check-in facility to confirm room use, which ensures everybody know who is using a room, for what purpose and how long. The information can also be used to generate management reports to feed into strategic decision making
- Instant bookings from the screen, allowing individuals greater control of meeting rooms
- An ordering system for catering and other hospitality
- A schedule of videoconferencing
Condeco Touch also links directly to Microsoft Exchange which means there is no need to purchase additional software and allows users to book the room directly from MS Outlook with instant synchronisation between the screen and Outlook.
The sleek aluminium and glass design incorporates the latest in touch screen technology to display meeting information. Each Condeco Touch screen also incorporates an RFID card reader to identify the person checking in or making bookings and high brightness LED room indicators to provide instant clear indication of the status of a room.
The screen can also link seamlessly to Condeco’s award winning room and desk booking software which provides utilisation reporting, plus an advanced management console for a company’s concierge team to manage the more complicated room booking requests.
