Condeco and Regus join forces

Announcement: Condeco and Regus have formed a partnership to develop the world’s first fully integrated software solution to encompass both internal and external workspace bookings from one single user interface.
The partnership was formed following a result of feedback from clients wishing to book external space via the Condeco software application.
Fact is that flexible external office and meeting space is a common and growing requirement for both private and public sector organisations. As demand grows for internal meeting rooms, staff members occasionally need to book external rooms with workspace providers such as Regus when they are unable to locate an available room from within the organisation. However, this can be both lengthy and costly, and it becomes difficult to ensure that staff members always make the best use of internal space first before making external paid bookings.
To meet this requirement, Condeco and Regus collaborated to develop a new feature within the Condeco application. As per normal procedure, staff needing to book a meeting room are first required to carry out a search in Condeco. However, if no internal resources are available and depending on their Condeco profile, they will be offered to view availability with Regus for the same search parameters and complete their booking by choosing a Regus meeting room – it is one single, quick and smooth booking process.

The Condeco/Regus integration was launched in Q4 2010 and existing customers can now take advantage of the clear benefits this feature has to offer.
