Visitor Management

Condeco’s visitor management is an integral part of the system that enhances the guests experience from arrival to departure, for both diarised and walk-in visitors.

When a visitor reports to reception, the receptionist enters either the name of the visitor or the meeting host into the system to locate the correct visitor information. Once the visitor is confirmed as having arrived, Condeco will print a time-stamped visitor pass (with photo if required), which can contain fire and security procedures on the reverse.

Condeco will also send an email to inform the host that their guest is waiting.  If the host is away from their desk, Condeco can also automatically send a text message to their mobile phone so visitors are not waiting whilst the host is been tracked down.

In addition, the system has a roll call feature that can be either viewed on screen or printed to check who is in the building at any given time. This allows compliance with most companies fire and evacuation procedures.
