The management of the additional services required in today’s meetings such as audiovisual equipment, catering, refreshments and video conferencing is key to the success of the meeting. Condeco allows the user to specify what is required for the meeting while ensuring that the correct notice time, cost codes and available stock levels are all monitored and adhered to.

Hospitality requests are forwarded direct to the appropriate service provider, who utilises Condeco’s workflow screen to monitor, accept, progress, deliver and close down these
requests in real time.

“No shows” are a constant headache for your client services teams so Condeco can be
configured to automatically send email reminders to the meeting host 24 hours in advance thus ensuring the meeting room can be cancelled if no longer required.
