With Condeco's meeting room scheduling software you can cover all the catering and hospitality needs of a meeting. Condeco's booking interface makes it easy to order food and drinks or related items that may be needed and attach notes to those items which inform the vendor or any special dietary requirements or needs.
Condeco’s flexible setup allows catering menus to be booked along with the room. The order can be set up to arrive at different times from the start of the meeting, allowing to arrange different deliveries of food and drink at different times for the same meeting. The same applies to equipment and supplies. Different items can be booked over the day as they are required and available, providing maximum use of resources and time.
Catering vendors
Catering vendors can have their own login into the Condeco system. Condeco’s service vendor inbox allows vendors to incoming orders, look at the details, and change the status of the orders to inform the client team of the progress in a live environment.
Monitoring orders
The client team can clearly view the status of catering and equipment orders along with the other information in the booking grid and monitor their progress. Orders in the booking grid change colour according to their status, for easy viewing.
Allocating catering to rooms
Condeco’s flexibility allows the client team to create completely different menus for different rooms if required. Menus can be split into groups of food and sub items, and a different minimum notice time can be added to each item if required. Every item can also have its own descriptive page with an image where required making sure that users never order the wrong item due to lack of information.
