The software can be configured to allow some rooms to be self booked and others directly managed by the client services team. As a result, utilisation information and monitoring of resource usage is available for your entire estate.

Condeco can also provide integrated digital signage solutions with “ no show management” where LCD screens are positioned either in reception or outside the rooms so that you can instantly see if a room is free or in use.
