As a venue provider, you will want to help guide visitors or event delegates to the correct location for their event in a timely fashion, whilst ensuring security is not compromised. At the same time, it can be a lengthy process for either the event or the reception team to
pre-register a large number of visitors and have badges ready - a necessary task though as it is important that visitors feel expected, welcomed and and can be swiftly ‘checked in’ when arriving to the event venue.
Condeco Event Management is part of the Condeco portfolio of modules and consequently also part of Condeco’s advanced visitor management system that allows reception or event staff to manage visitors successfully from arrival to departure.
Before an event, staff are able to carry out a bulk-upload of visitor details using a spreadsheet file and then add or edit the list once uploaded.
When an event visitor reports to
reception, staff then have access to quick search tools to locate the visitor information, log them as arrived and print a time-stamped visitor pass with optional photo and safety procedures on the reverse. The system even has a roll call feature that can be used to check who is in the building in the event of an evacuation.
