Venue charges, deposits and adhoc payments

As rooms vary in terms of location, size and style, Condeco Event Management permits each room to have its own set of charges, but they can be quickly adjusted if an event organiser wants to give a special client an unplanned discount - yet, still with a full audit trail of the booking.

Deposit charges can also be added to the event booking, showing whether they have been paid or not. After the event when the billing needs to be finalised, users of Condeco’s event software can simply add any number of adhoc charges such as those for late bookings, cancellations, breakages and refunds.

Event invoicing, credit notes and debtor management

For clients already using their own invoicing tools, Condeco Event Management has a range of financial reports to enable simple exporting of event bookings and costing information, whilst still being able to create pro-forma invoices and quotes directly from the Condeco system. For clients wanting actual invoices and credit notes generated within Condeco, the event system has a range of invoicing features. In addition, tailored invoice templates can be created in draft or final format and edited with key information such as company name, logo, payment terms and bank account details.

Flexible reporting solution

As with all modules of Condeco’s family of products, Condeco Event Management can be offered with the Condeco Advanced Reporting solution for event venue managers wishing to gain insight into a range of operational and financial factors. The reports are quick to run, simple to use and can be viewed online or exported directly to MS Excel or PDF.

The advanced reports are fully customisable so you can swiftly tailor them to your personal taste or even create your own set of reports from scratch, which can also be saved, making them readily available at a later stage. Examples of popular standard reports include; daily booking reports, detailed venue utilisation analysis, catering orders by room, customer booking trends, equipment hire requests and revenue analysis by time.
