Condeco Event Management helps you to manage relationships better by having a full client database accessible at all times.

When receiving an incoming enquiry from a prospect, venue staff can log the enquiry and create a client and contact entry in the customer database. The system also allows for clients to be grouped into types, for example, charity, corporate, public sector etc. Once a booking is ready to be made, the customer database is able to store booking information with notes, history of all interactions and possible pre-agreed discounts.

The event system can also be used as a secure online storage facility as users are able to upload documents such as signed contracts.

In addition, Condeco Event Management includes an interactive, colour-coded booking grid showing immediate room availability and allows for new bookings to be made quickly and accurately with just a few clicks. Once a booking is complete, a branded email confirming the booking will automatically be sent out to the client.

Another feature of Condeco’s event management software is the ability for users to create tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the event venue. Users may create the tasks for themselves or colleagues and associate them to clients and events. Each task can be set up with a due date, a status indicating the importance of it and a reminder pop up alert so users always know which task to deal with first.
