Catering, equipment & services

Condeco Event Management allows event organisers to access and book customised menus for hospitality services such as catering, equipment, resources and all other related services. When event administrators initially set up the menus, they are able to add images, description, price, delivery time and notes for each item making it easy for organisers to see what they are booking. Event resources such as projectors or technicians can similarly be booked and controlled to ensure that they are not double-booked for an event. Condeco's event software also makes it possible to enter discounts on services for particular clients and can even have VAT automatically calculated and applied.

Fulfilling service requests

For the staff or suppliers fulfilling booked services, Condeco has a specific login for vendors where they can easily view incoming orders, look at the order details and change the status of the orders (e.g. in progress or delivered) to instantly inform the events team of the progress of the service. Service vendors may also access reports that enable them to plan ahead for the services that have been requested and ensure that events run according to plan.
