The Condeco iSign uses the latest screen technology to provide vital meeting information and functionality from right outside the meeting room. The 10” glass LCD panel displays the meeting title, the host’s name, the start time and duration of the meeting – all in real time, which eliminates meeting conflicts and maximises utilisation.
The digital signage screen has been developed in co-operation with leading designers to reflect the latest trends in architectural design, resulting in a sleek and elegant appearance which will suit any office environment.
On arrival, users confirm the room bookings through the interactive menu buttons on the screen. If the meeting is not started within a preset period, the meeting is cancelled and the room made available for other users.
The screen helps to avoid meeting ‘no shows’ and provides users with the ability to utilise available meeting rooms by making instant bookings from directly outside the room via user-friendly menu buttons.
The interactive functionality also enables

to be accessed by the meeting host from the screen. Any changes and updates made from the screen are synchronised in real time ensuring that the rooms are not double booked and availability is instantly updated.
