The Condeco Room Screen and Desk Screen use the latest in touch-screen technology to provide vital information and functionality from right outside the meeting room or on the desk itself.

For meeting rooms, the 10.4” LCD panel displays the meeting title, the host’s name, the start time and duration of the meeting and all in real time, which eliminates meeting conflicts and maximises utilisation. For desk booking, the 4.3” desk screen displays desk number and user booking information and allows users to check out of their desks thus releasing unused desks into the available desk pool.

The screens also help to avoid meeting and desk ‘no shows’ and provides users with the ability to utilise available meeting rooms and desks by making instant bookings directly from the screen. The user confirms all bookings either by entering a PIN or by swiping their RFID security pass against the actual screens.

Furthermore, the screens have room/desk status LED indicators (green - amber - red) to show if the room or desk is available, booked or in use. Also, for the Condeco Room Screen, the interactive functionality enables the award-winning room booking features of Condeco to be accessed by the meeting host from the screen.

Any changes and updates made from both the room and desk touch-screens are synchronised in real time, ensuring that the rooms/desks are not double booked and that availability is instantly updated if a room or desk is released.
