Condeco’s desk booking functionality provides the perfect answer to the problem of providing shared desks for your more mobile team members. It allows each member of the team to book a desk when and where they need it.
The desks can be booked either through your company’s intranet or from conveniently located touch screen kiosks. Bookings are made through
interactive floor plans that show available and booked spaces or by using
the advanced search engine, which finds the best fit desk for you.
Each desk is set-up with the attributes that are available such as a docking station, PC, particular software, DDA requirements and varying levels of privacy. These attributes are used on both
the floor plan view and in the
desk search to enable the users to quickly find a desk that meets their needs.
As well as offering traditional hotdesk or shared desk booking, Condeco can additionally handle booking a series of fixed desks for a specified length of time, providing a complete workspace management solution.
As the number of mobile workers has increased so has the number of empty office desks. Condeco’s fixed desks feature allows an administrator to fix a desk for set dates and release the desk back into the free desk environment at such times when the employee is on holiday or out of office.
