    Manchester Royal Infirmary - part of the Central Manchester Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and a teaching hospital - needed to manage its 20 separate training. This was a major priority as the paper-based room booking system was no longer able to keep track of the volume of bookings and the ordering of catering for events and the provision of AV equipment was beoming increasingly more complex.
  • Staff numbers within the Cancer Reserach UK were, at times, flexing up to 200 to cope with large projects. There were 140 desks available and allocated to staff but as a good percentage of these staff were regularly working off-site, the IS Department was finding that its office space was vastly under-utilised.     Nottingham City Council has just moved to a new groundbreaking headquarters building with the help of Condeco, totalling a floor space of 25,600 square metres and housing over 2,300 staff. Working closely with Nottingham City Council, Condeco supplied a range of products and services including graphical floor plans for desk booking (searchable across location, workspace features and user needs), a facility to allow groups of rooms to be managed by a dedicated Resource Booking Team, a visitor management solution that means all guests and visitors are automatically logged in at reception with passes prepared and a comprehensive reporting system that can be used to generate a range of management reports including space utilisation and resource costs.
