Visitor management software 'reduces issues'

Visitor management software may prove useful for businesses looking to be able to focus on their work.
Recent changes to employment law have meant that many firms are keen to avoid potential legal issues and looking for alternatives to employing full-time reception staff themselves, according to Julie Calder chair of the Business Centres Association.
"Increasingly new inquirers are emphasising the importance of a telephone answering and reception service being part of the deal," she said.
If a receptionist is under-performing or has a poor attendance record then it may cause a company problems, something that visitor management software may be able to prevent.
Recent research from Frost & Sullivan revealed web conferencing services marketing in Europe grew by 19.3 per cent last year, due in part to an increasing number of businesses giving staff the option to work from home, which some firms have achieved with the use of
hot desking.
