Staff training may be aided by meeting room software
Meeting room software may assist businesses that are carrying out staff training.
According to Sylvia Constantine, IBA Start up Business Adviser of the Year 2005, teaching new skills to employees is a huge benefit for everyone involved.
She says: "I always believe that training is an absolute imperative to all businesses. It's as important for the owner-managers as it is for the employees."
Meeting room software - such as that offered by Condeco - could be one way companies ensure their training programmes are well organised, as it can allow for complex booking requests to be met.
Ms Constantine believes all organisations will see the benefits of a workforce that is "highly trained and skilled".
But she acknowledges the logistics of this can be difficult for smaller firms.
Her comments follow an announcement from the government stating it plans to review regulations allowing workers in companies with more than 250 employees the legal right to request time for training.
The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has asked to hear how businesses view this legislation, which came into effect on April 6th this year.
