Refurbished offices may use corporate digital signage
Firms looking to renovate their existing office space may find corporate digital signage is a useful tool.
According to the Manchester Evening News, offices in the northern city may have to adapt to changing needs.
David Lathwood, Manchester-based head of the English regions for King Sturge - a global property consultancy - told the publication big professional firms will "adapt the offices they already have".
This is set to be a more popular option than taking on new business properties, as many firms are still feeling the effects of harsh market conditions, he added.
One possibility for these renovations could be to introduce corporate digital signage, which may enable greater organisation in the workplace.
Mr Lathwood referred to the case of Law firm Halliwells, which recently ran into trouble and owed money relating to its office space, according to the publication.
He said this may not happen again in the near future, but could have resulted in landlords "looking very closely at professional firms".
