Reception management software may help companies looking to make the most effective use of their time.
Companies such as Huddersfield-based wealth management firm Robertson Baxter - whose products and services include pension planning, investment, inheritance tax planning, life assurance and critical illness cover - may find such services to be beneficial to their business.
Financial adviser Greg Robertson told the Huddersfield Examiner: "We have cut out anything that isn't valuable in terms of time. We don't hold meetings just for the sake of it and we have just employed a PA to take some of the routine administration off our hands."
He added that it is a challenge for businesses to grow while still allowing staff to spend the same amount of time with their families.
Recent research from Brigham Young University suggested that a
