Flexible working 'ideal for small businesses'

hot desk software - is a useful tool for any small business to offer.
Jim Blakemore, co-founder of Bikeworks, explains being able to offer people a variety of working solutions is a benefit to the organisation and its employees.
His comments follow the publication of figures from the Office of National Statistics, which showed the number of people in work rose by 184,000 in the second quarter of 2010.
Included in this was a record amount of part-time workers, which stood at 7.84 million in total at the end of this period.
Mr Miller says: "Being able to offer part-time or flexible working is great for any small business, where predicting future growth is not an exact science."
The recent statistics also revealed the number of part-time workers - which climbed by 115,000 during the second quarter - was at its highest level since comparable records started in 1992.
