Digital signage may prove useful at Yorkshire property

Digital signage may be worth considering for the new owners of a property in Yorkshire.
Calder Bank Mills, in Dewsbury, has been bought by Cleckheaton-based Westex Carpets, after the previous owner went into administration.
And digital signage software may prove useful for the new owners, as it could enable them to organise meetings and events efficiently.
Chartered surveyors Eddisons handled the sale on behalf of administrators and in a separate deal, the entire plant was bought by China-based Hangzhou Fuxing Group, which supplies recycling resources and textile products, for a figure close to £2 million.
Jim Asquith, director of machinery and assets at Eddisons, said: "The plant and machinery generated huge interest and we had visitors to the site from all over the world, many of whom had been targeted through our electronic database."
Digital signage may also prove useful for The Cadwgan Building Preservation Trust, which according to the BBC is finalising a lottery bid worth £4.5 million to convert Cardigan Castle into a heritage centre.
