Paul has established several successful and innovative businesses. He has helped to shape the relationship between real estate and technology, establishing Condeco as one of the foremost providers of workspace management technology. He was previously Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest electronic security companies.
David helps the business meet its global growth targets and streamline company-wide financial processes. He brings a wealth of experience from senior financial roles in Parker Hannifin, a $12Bn turnover Fortune 250 manufacturer and Southco Inc., a $350m turnover private global manufacturing company.
Robert is responsible for the technical architecture and development of Condeco’s global solutions. His experience is invaluable to ensure that the business can continue expanding securely and successfully at its current rate. He comes from a highly technical past where he has designed and managed the development of complex applications for some of the world’s leading global brands such as Sony, Ikea, Microsoft and Adobe.
As one of the founding team members, Peter was instrumental in designing and launching the first generation of Condeco. Between 2006 and 2012 he worked at Flow Interactive, a pioneering London design agency, and Morgan Stanley, designing user-centred online experiences and software tools. Peter re-joined Condeco in 2012 to lead the product design team across Condeco’s software and hardware solutions.
Lynda is a product and marketing specialist with over 20 years’ experience. She has been at Condeco from the beginning, driving go to market strategies, new business growth and the evolving the brand worldwide. Her experience across both marketing and sales gives her a deep understanding of Condeco’s market and client’s needs enabling her to develop powerful, effective marketing strategies.
Philip oversees the technical infrastructure ensuring that the company has the correct tools for continued growth. He has held a number of leadership positions across various areas of the business, giving him a broad and thorough understanding of the technical requirements for the company. With over 25 years’ of IT industry experience, Philip brings a great depth of technical skills and management capabilities to his role.
Andrew has a long history of recruiting for major blue chip clients. He has streamlined the recruitment processes and introduced a more robust suite of HR policies to fall in line with the Condeco’s growth. Andy has also worked with the Senior Management Team to develop a leading corporate structure that will allow the company to continue on its current expansion plans.
Guy joined the main board of Condeco in 2013 as a Non-Executive Director. Guy has been a solicitor in practice for over 35 years and has been a manager in law firms for fifteen years including Managing Partner. In 2014 Guy was elected as a Councilor in West London, and he currently sits on the boards for a group of language schools, a marketing company, a social enterprise and a legal advice charity.
Gary joined Condeco in 2015 to oversee and control finances for the entire EMEA region. Before joining Condeco Gary worked in Finance and Commercial Director roles across the UK, Australia & Europe. In 2014 Gary joined a Management-Buy-In team as Chief Financial Officer to take Corporate Mailing Matters Group through a turnaround, and then a five-fold increase in turnover up to exit after four years.
David’s knowledge of people and business relationships helps to cement Condeco’s place as a market leader, offering innovative software and world-class service to a global audience. Prior to joining Condeco David was Managing Director for MITIE Client Services. This extensive experience is underpinned by a solid and ethical business acumen that provides comfort and trust for clients and customers.
Julian has worked in the workplace technology industry for 10 years. As EMEA Sales Director for Condeco, he has a solid knowledge of the challenges a company can face, especially when expanding across multiple territories. Prior to his current role, Julian helped establish Condeco’s global channel sales strategy and first presence in countries including South Africa, Australia, Singapore and the UAE.
Martin is responsible for the overall day-to-day business operations for the Americas. Under his leadership, Martin has established an exceptional North American team that has seen significant revenue growth over the last few years. Martin has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT hardware, software and services industry. He has a plenitude of experience in transacting and managing global enterprise relationships. He previously held International executive management positions and led teams across EMEA, ASIAPAC and the Americas at organizations such as Computacenter Plc, MCI and Macrovision (Rovi Corp.)
Jeff has over 25 years experience managing large, technically complex infrastructures specializing in SaaS, cloud computing, service delivery and manufacturing. Jeff brings experience from EDS where he supported GM, WebEx and helped pioneer SaaS offerings at scale. Jeff is a builder of highly motivated technical teams that deliver maximum productivity and customer success.
A veteran of technology and telecom industries, Alison has more than two decades of experience leading global marketing teams. Her areas of expertise include brand strategy and positioning, marketing communications, strategic partnerships, public relations, digital marketing, and lead generation. She is responsible for growing demand for Condeco’s workspace utilization technologies in the Americas.
Chris has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Having worked in leadership roles for numerous multi-national companies, Chris’s broad knowledge of the sales, marketing and operations of global organizations will accelerate Condeco’s growth in the APAC region. Chris was previously Vice President for 6 years at Raritan Japan Inc. and Managing Director at Iomega Asia Pacific.
Nicholas Yap joined Condeco as the Operations Director for Asia-Pacific in 2015, after almost two decades of management across the entire service lifecycle in the telecommunications industry, with Alcatel-Lucent and British Telecoms. Having been an entrepreneur in the field of MICE and Communications in Singapore and Hong Kong, and co-founder of an international sports club, Nicholas brings with him an abundance of experience that will lead multinational companies and start-ups to their goals.
Yugal joined Condeco in 2014 and is responsible for the day to day operations of finance across the APAC region. He has tremendous experience in finance, accounts and compliance matters, and was instrumental in setting up the new Condeco companies in Singapore and Australia. Previously Yugal worked with HCL, Siemens and Agilent Technologies.
