Paul has established several successful and innovative businesses. He has helped to shape the relationship between real estate and technology, establishing Condeco as one of the foremost providers of workspace management technology. He was previously Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest electronic security companies.
David helps the business meet its global growth targets and streamline company-wide financial processes. He brings a wealth of experience from senior financial roles in Parker Hannifin, a $12Bn turnover Fortune 250 manufacturer and Southco Inc., a $350m turnover private global manufacturing company.
Laurence Garrett is a co-founder and Partner of Highland Europe, Laurence primarily focuses on growth opportunities in the information technology sector for the European market. Laurence represents Highland Europe on a number of boards across the Tech and Software as a Service industries.
Sam Brooks is a co-founder and Partner with Highland Europe focusing on investments in growth stage internet and software businesses. Before joining Highland, Sam was a Vice President at Insight Venture Partners in New York where he spent over 6 years investing in expansion stage software and internet-enabled businesses.
Guy joined the main board of Condeco in 2013 as a Non-Executive Director. Guy has been a solicitor in practice for over 35 years and has been a manager in law firms for fifteen years including Managing Partner. In 2014 Guy was elected as a Councilor in West London, and he currently sits on the boards for a group of language schools, a marketing company, a social enterprise and a legal advice charity.
Paul joins Condeco’s main board as a Non Exec Director. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior international financial management experience with the last 15 years as CFO both public and private. Paul’s leadership of CSR PLCs successful IPO in London and GFI software’s (SAAS company) very successful exits are notable examples of his experience in helping build valuable high growth tech businesses.
Robert is responsible for the technical architecture and development of Condeco’s global solutions. His experience is invaluable to ensure that the business can continue expanding securely and successfully at its current rate. He comes from a highly technical past where he has designed and managed the development of complex applications for some of the world’s leading global brands such as Sony, Ikea, Microsoft and Adobe.
Gary joined Condeco in 2015 as Finance Director EMEA. In November 2016 Gary moved into a Group role as Commercial Director and in June 2017 was appointed to his current role. Prior to joining Condeco he worked in a variety of industries across the UK, Australia & Europe.
Lynda is a product and marketing specialist with over 20 years’ experience. She has been at Condeco from the beginning, driving go to market strategies, new business growth and the evolving the brand worldwide. Her experience across both marketing and sales gives her a deep understanding of Condeco’s market and client’s needs enabling her to develop powerful, effective marketing strategies.
As one of the founding team members, Peter was instrumental in designing and launching the first generation of Condeco. Between 2006 and 2012 he worked at Flow Interactive, a pioneering London design agency, and Morgan Stanley, designing user-centred online experiences and software tools. Peter re-joined Condeco in 2012 to lead the product design team across Condeco’s software and hardware solutions.
Mark is responsible for the ongoing development and quality assurance of all products. He brings wealth of experience to the business following having worked within the technology sector for companies that include BT, Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. His experience covers Development, Project Management and Infrastructure Development in both onshore and offshore locations.
Philip oversees the technical infrastructure ensuring that the company has the correct tools for continued growth. He has held a number of leadership positions across various areas of the business, giving him a broad and thorough understanding of the technical requirements for the company. With over 25 years’ of IT industry experience, Philip brings a great depth of technical skills and management capabilities to his role.
Julian has worked in the workplace technology industry for 10 years. He has a solid knowledge of the challenges a company can face, especially when expanding across multiple territories. Prior to his current role, Julian helped establish Condeco’s global channel sales strategy and first presence in countries including South Africa, Australia, Singapore and the UAE.
Mundeep has built a customer focused support division responsible for delivering application support and providing cloud operational services to Condeco’s SaaS clients worldwide. He has been instrumental in increasing client satisfaction ratings and employee productivity through standardising and simplifying operational processes and developing a high-performance offshore scalable support model. Prior to Condeco, Mundeep held managerial roles at Barclays and Getronics.
Andrew has a long history of recruiting for major blue chip clients. He has streamlined the recruitment processes and introduced a more robust suite of HR policies to fall in line with the Condeco’s growth. Andy has also worked with the Senior Management Team to develop a leading corporate structure that will allow the company to continue on its current expansion plans.
